    摘要:

    提出了一种基于转速调整的改进阶比分析方法,并应用于提取变速器齿轮微弱故障特征。从理论上分析了传统阶比方法分析转速波动信号的局限性,提出了基于转速调整的改进阶比分析方法,采用传统和改进阶比方法对实测转速波动信号进行分析,通过对比证实了转速波动对传统阶比分析结果有较大影响,而改进阶比方法能有效克服该影响,明显改善了分析效果,提高了分析精度。分别采用传统阶比和改进阶比方法对变速器加速振动信号进行分析,结果表明,传统阶比谱不能正确区分齿轮正常与轻微故障状态,而改进阶比谱能清晰反映齿轮正常与轻微故障状态的幅值能量变化,说明改进阶比方法能有效分析转速波动信号并正确提取出微弱故障特征。

    Abstract:

    An improved order analysis method based on rotate speed adjustment is put forward and applied to extract the weak fault characteristics of automobile transmission gear. The localization of traditional order analysis method in analyzing the fluctuating rotate speed signals is analyzed theoretically, and the improved order analysis method based on rotate speed adjustment is put forward. The traditonal and improved order analysis method is adopted to analyze the fluctuating rotate speed signal respectively, and the comparison of the results shows that traditional order analysis method is susceptible to the impact of rotate speed fluctuation, which can be conquered by the improved order analysis method effectively, the analysis effect is ameliorated and the precision is improved evidently. The accelerating process’s vibration signal of automobile transmission is analyzed by traditonal and improved order analysis method respectively, and the results show that normal and light fault state of the gear can not be distinguished by traditional order spectrum correctly, but that can be identified by the improved order spectrum clearly, so the signal with fluctuating rotate speed can be analyzed by the improved order effectively and the weak fault characteristics can be extracted correctly.
