    盲源分离算法(Blind Source Separation BSS)是机械设备复合故障诊断的一种有效方法。但是,在实际的工程中大多数情况下面对的机械系统是一个“黑匣子”,在诊断的过程中无法确切的知道其源信号的数目,尤其对于单通道机械信号的分离,传统的盲源分离算法无法使用。在进行形态学滤波的基础上,结合匹配跟踪算法(Matching Pursuit, MP)和盲源分离算法各自的特点,提出了一种基于最优匹配跟踪信号分解的欠定盲源分离算法。利用MP算法将非线性信号通过投影分解,在分解过程中利用遗传算法寻找最优原子,有效提高了算法匹配的精度和效率。将所得到的匹配分量和滤波后的原始观察信号组成新的多维信号,解决了单通道信号盲分离的欠定问题。利用FasKtICA算法实现信号的盲分离,并分析了不同分离源信号对于故障的贡献率。将该方法用于仿真信号和实际的轴承试验的信号,试验结果表明算法能够很好的解决欠定信号的盲源分离难题。

    Abstract:

    Blind source separation(BSS) is an effective method to diagnose multi-fault of mechanical equipment. But, most mechanical systems in engineering are dark boxes. The number of a system’s sources is unknown in the diagnosis process,especially the single-channel signal, for this question the classical BSS algorithms are unfit. In this research, with the noise removed by morphological filter, an underdetermined BSS method based on optimal MP decomposition is proposed. The MP algorithm is used to decompose the nonlinear signal by projection mapping and the optimal atoms are got though genetic algorithms, which effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of the proposed method. These atoms and original observed signals then constitute new observed signals, the underdetermined problem is transformed into a multi-channel positive definite problem. The FastKICA algorithm is used to achieve the separation of the mechanical signal. The failure contribution rate of different source signals is analyzed. The proposed method is applied to the separation of the simulated signal and the mixed faults of rolling bearing, the results indicates that it can well solve the difficult problem of underdetermined blind source separation problems.
