    考虑带轮惯性质量对皮带纵向振动的影响,将皮带简化为质量分布均匀的弹性体,建立了两坐标系的弹性体纵向振动的力学模型;以力学模型为基础建立了皮带的纵向振动的数学模型;考虑皮带与带轮的相对运动对皮带瞬时振动的影响,根据皮带连续性条件给出了系统固有频率与振型函数的数值仿真模型;应用坐标变化法求解系统受迫振动的动态响应,仿真分析了系统转速波动激励与载荷波动激励下的系统响应特性。仿真结果表明:(1) 系统对转速波动激励与负载扭矩波动激励的响应曲线为简谐函数,其振动幅值受到带轮惯性质量的影响;(2) 带轮瞬时振动位移与其惯性质量成反比;带轮瞬时转差的波动使皮带瞬时传动比不恒定,皮带与带轮之间存在相对滑差。皮带纵向振动特性的研究方法对带轮附件驱动系统的动态特性的设计与分析具有理论与实际意义。

    Abstract:

    By considering the influence of the pulley’s inertial mass on the longitudinal vibration of the belt, the belt is simplified as an elastic body with uniformly distributed mass, then the mechanical and the mathematical model of the longitudinal vibration of the belt are established. By taking into consideration of the relative motion between the belt and the pulley, a computing model of the natural frequency and the mode function is built according to the continuous conditions of the belt. The dynamic response of the forced vibration of the system is solved by means of coordinate transformation. The response characteristics of the longitudinal vibration of the belt are analyzed under two excitation forces, one being the pulley speed fluctuation and the other being the load torque fluctuation. The simulation results show that: (1) the response curves for the two excitation forces are both simple harmonic functions and the amplitudes are affected by the inertial mass of the pulley;(2) the instantaneous vibration displacement of the pulley is inversely proportional to its inertial mass. The fluctuation of instantaneous rotational speed of the pulley makes the instantaneous transmission ratio of the belt transmission system unstable, thus leading to the sliding variation loss between the belt and the pulley. The proposed method for the study of the longitudinal vibration characteristics of the belt has great theoretical and practical significance on the design of the belt drive system and analysis of its dynamic characteristics.
