    摘要:

    对国内首次研制的高内压重载气囊隔振器的理论、设计和试验问题进行了系统研究。建立了高内压气囊隔振器的耐压安全性、刚度和固有频率等性能参数的准确计算方法,分析了结构和工艺参数等对该气囊隔振器性能的影响,提出了控制措施,通过产品设计和性能试验验证了理论方法的正确性、控制措施的有效性。研制的系列舰用高内压重载气囊隔振器性能完全满足舰船使用要求,已在舰船数十吨和数百吨级的高性能隔振装置上大量应用。

    Abstract:

    The theoretical model, parameters design and experiments of domestic high working pressure and heavy duty air spring developed for the first time are studied systematically in this paper. The accurate calculation methods of high-pressure air spring’s pressure-resistant ability, stiffness and natural frequency are established. The influences of structural and technical parameters on the performance of this type air spring are analyzed and the control measures are presented. The validity of theoretical methods and effectiveness of control measures are verified by air spring prototypes and experiments. The performance of the series of air springs developed by the methods presented in this paper meets all requirements of naval vessels. The air springs have been used in the high performance mounting systems which carry tens tons of and hundreds tons of power plants.
