    摘要:

    由于车辆上采用的发动机工作转速较宽,无法完全避免共振现象的发生。针对上述问题对车辆传动系统动态特性的分析从固有特性的分析转移到动力响应的分析上来,并衍生出基于动力响应的灵敏度分析。以某车辆传动系统作为研究对象,建立了线性弯扭耦合集中参数动力学模型及方程。应用直接求导法建立了灵敏度方程,进行了响应灵敏度计算,分别研究设计参数对扭转方向的力矩和弯曲方向上力的影响,获得了轴段附加扭转力矩和轴承支反力对设计参数的灵敏度,并将同一灵敏度量在纯扭和弯扭系统下的结果进行对比。研究表明,弯扭模型计算出的响应灵敏度值比纯扭模型的计算结果小10%-20%,但规律趋于一致;弯曲方向上的力和扭转方向上的力矩对设计参数的灵敏度与该位置的振动能量大小相关,能量越大其对同一参数的灵敏度也越大。研究结果对结构修改和参数优化具有指导意义。

    Abstract:

    The transmission system of vehicle what’s input source is the torque of engine are studied. The dynamic model is built by using lumped parameter method considered coupled effect of bending and torsional. The response sensitivity equations derived from the dynamic equations are proposed by the direct derivation method. Then, the solutions of the response sensitivity equations are turned into the sensitivity of actual physical quantities such as additional torque and reaction force of bearing with respect to the design parameters. Finally, the solutions of dynamic equations and response sensitivity equations are achieved by fixed-step RK4. Some useful laws are achieved by comparing different results of sensitivity equations. The sensitivity of coupled effect model of bending and torsional makes some adjustment when comparing previous model. There is some relation between the vibration energy of the location place and the sensitivity of the force with respect to design parameters. The bigger vibration energy means the bigger value of sensitivity. The sensitivity result is meaningful for modification of structure and optimization of parameters.
