    摘要:

    针对大跨度斜拉桥拉索在常遇风速下的涡激振动问题,以苏通长江公路大桥为研究对象,首先对斜拉索风致振动响应实测数据进行分析,然后分别针对表面凹坑和表面光滑缠绕小直径螺旋线拉索进行了节段模型风洞试验, 研究了不同阻尼比、不同螺旋线参数对拉索涡振的控制效果,最后对推荐采用的螺旋线措施进行了表面凹坑拉索模型测力试验。结果表明:在低阻尼比条件下,表面凹坑拉索和表面光滑缠绕小直径(0.014D 和 0.025D ,D 为拉索直 径)双螺旋线拉索存在明显的涡振现象;增加阻尼比或设置线径为 0.071D 、螺距为 12D 的双、三螺旋线可有效减小拉索涡振振幅;设置线径为 0.071D 、螺距为 12D 的双、三螺旋线时,表面凹坑拉索阻力系数分别比不设置螺旋线时表面凹坑拉索阻力系数增大 30.8%?48.0% 和 60.7%?80.6%,而表面凹坑拉索竖向力系数根方差较不设置螺旋线时表面凹坑拉索竖向力系数根方差分别降低 53.2%?83.7% 和 56.6%?80.2%,从而可有效抑制表面凹坑拉索涡振响应幅值。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problem of vortex-induced vibration(VIV)of long span cable-stayed bridges under frequent wind speed,based on Sutong Yangtze River Highway Bridge,the field measured data of wind-induced vibration response of the stay-cable is an-alyzed.The wind tunnel tests of stay-cable segment models whose geometric scale ratio is 1:1 with dimpled surface and smoothsurface winding small diameter helical wies are carried out,respectively.The controleffects of different damping ratios and dfferent helical wires parameters on VIV of stay cable are investigated.The force-measurement tests of the stay-cable with the recom-mended helical are conducted,respectively.The research results show that the stay-cable with indent surface or smooth surfacewith the small diameters(0.014D and 0.025D,D is the outer diameter of the cable)double helical wires exhibited obvious VIV.To increase the damping ratio of the stay-cable or set the double or triple helical wires with diameter of 0.071D and pitch of 12Donstay-cable can effectively suppress the VIV of the stay-cable.When the double or triple helical wires with diameter of 0.071D andpitch of 12D are set on the indent stay-cable,the drag coefcients of the indent stay-cable are increased by approximately 30.8%-48.0%and 60.7%-80.6%compared to the drag coefficients of the indent stay-cable without helical wires,respectively.The RMSvalues of the vertical coefficients of the indent stay-cable with helical wires with diameter of 0.071D and pitch of12D are reducedby about 53.2%-83.7%and 56.6%-80.2%compared to that of the indent stay-cable without helical wires,respectively,which caneffectively suppress the amplitude of the VIV ofthe indent stay-cable.
